You will be offered a free consultation prior to your event.
You can decide what you require and expect from the childcare at your event and we will work together to ensure that, whatever the event or occasion, your needs are met.

Group babysitting
We can provide a babysitting team to take care of small or large groups of children in your home. If there is a group of you attending an event or function, we can care for and entertain all the children in one place throughout the day or evening.
- We provide beds if they need to sleep over and will ensure the children stick to their nightly routines.
- We can drop the children home to you either that evening or the next day.

Despite being one of the last decisions we made, by far the best was that of having Bespoke Babysitting provide a creche service for our wedding. From the first email, to the introductory Skype call, to the day of the wedding, everything was handled professionally and, more importantly, every effort was taken on their part so that the burden of organising the creche was completely removed from our care.
They entered into contact with the parents beforehand and on the day, they alleviated concerns, provided information, obtained details of any requirements and, by all accounts (children and parents alike) were absolutely outstanding on the day. The children weren’t just kept busy, they were entertained, engaged, cared for and genuinely befriended by the lovely creche workers. Parents could not say enough positive things about how well thought through the entire service was.

Melissa and her team were a wonderful asset to our wedding. In the lead up to the day, Melissa was supportive and organised, and brought good ideas about how best to facilitate the children’s room for four hours. She was enthusiastic and communicative, whilst also saying that she wanted to be careful not to get in the way of our other preparations (which she definitely didn’t). She found a time to meet with me in person to chat through her plan for the session, and she also communicated directly with the venue to go through her risk assessment. We knew we were in safe hands!
On the day itself, Melissa and her two staff were brilliant with the kids – the room set-up was attractive and made it easy for parents to leave their kids there. The kids themselves had a fantastic time, playing with each other and with toys, listening to stories, running around outside, and generally expending loads of positive energy. At all times, Melissa took her lead from us, making no assumptions about what we might want or not want, but always being open to our ideas. She was very mindful of the safety of the children, and the parents all felt safe and happy with Bespoke Babysitting’s level of oversight.
Bespoke Babysitting offers a really professional package of childcare support, but more than that, provides a child-centred place of fun and activity! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Melissa to others.

We decided to have a crèche/nanny at our wedding recently in order for us to enjoy our day whilst knowing our daughters were having fun and being looked after. I was given the contact details for Melissa and told BB would be perfect for what we needed.
BB provided all sorts of fun activities for the girls, including arts and crafts, games, a small tent and even a ball pit! They were delighted.
Melissa planned out the day’s activities to fit in with our schedule. All in all the girls had an amazing day of fun and games and we in turn had a fantastic wedding day know the girls were happy. A huge thank you for our beautiful congratulations cards that the girls made for us. They will be taking pride of place in our wedding scrap book.

When planning our wedding, my husband and I decided that we were going to invite children along with their parents as we felt we wanted all our family and friends to be able to celebrate our special day with us.
Through word of mouth, we found Bespoke Babysitting and, after consultation, we found that they gave us the flexibility we wanted, allowing us to put together a package that truly suited our needs. The manager, Melissa, came up with lots of interesting suggestions for children’s activities and gave us a clear idea of how everything would be set up on the day.
BB provided all the resources and equipment. The well planned activities included, among other things, ball games and craft tables and at no time was the bouncy slide left unattended. We were particularly delighted with the beautiful congratulations cards that the children were encouraged to make for us which are a wonderful memento of the day which we have added to our box of wedding memories.
Although the children sat with their parents to eat the wedding meal, something we requested, the BB staff were on standby to help with any children who just couldn’t sit still any longer. This meant that the parents did not have to jump up and down to deal with their children during the wedding speeches.
We were extremely pleased with the professional service that Bespoke Babysitting provided and I can not praise Bespoke Babysitting enough for the peace of mind, entertainment and general help they provided for me, the children and the parents at my wedding. The children were happy and many of them still talk about the fun people who were there to look after them at our wedding. I would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat and I know that if I ever organise an event involving children again, BB will be the first organisation I will call.

The Bespoke babysitting team looked after the children of all ages at my wedding from before the ceremony until late at night. I did not want a formal creche set up as I wanted the children to be able to move freely among the wedding party but also to be entertained and have age appropriate activities on hand. Among the many activities organised for the day was a treasure hunt which went down really well.
Because the children were so well looked after, my guests were able to absolutely relax and enjoy themselves because I knew that the children were in the best possible hands.
The team were available until late at night and transport was provided to take the children back to the hotel where they were looked after until they fell asleep!
All the meticulous planning and attention to detail truly paid off. Nothing is too much trouble for Bespoke Babysitting and I would not hesitate to recommend them. They are empathetic with children and provided a professional and entertaining service for us, before and during our wedding day.
